MožeÅ¡ li malo detalja, jesi li odma iÅ¡a na premium ili si proba i na basic? I koliko im je trebalo da ti nađu poziciju?
Znan da ovisi i o samo CV-u, ali ima ih i ovakvih i onakvih.

Nije mala para, za nekoga želi karijeru u toj branÅ¡i, a u CV-u nema baÅ¡ puno za stavit da bude privlačno (manjak iskustva u offshoreu), osim puno želje :(
 
Ljudi nemojte nista placat.Covik se zajebaje, a vi popili odma.Mos mislit da je on ka struja sa kontejnera upa na drill ship bez iskustva nakon sta je platija 299 funti. Ako nemate iskustva na odredenoj vrsti broda mozete platit ne znan koliko uzalud vam.Alene ne zajebaji ljude jer ljudi su ocajni i svasta u stanju napravit.:p
 
A ako ze zajebava, dobar mu je smisao za humor :D(a mozda da dobiva proviziju hehe), a za mene u nikakvom slucaju to nema veze, jer nebi ni u snu platio nekome 100 USD kamo li 300 USD(dobio sam svoju lekciju prije par godina :udriglavom).
A ako je stvarno zajebancija bolje da se Alen i razjasni o tome, da nebi stvarno koga kostalo par 100 dolarčiča ;)

Kuzim da nas ima svakakvih ( mislim ocajnih i tako to) ali ja osobno cim vidim takve kontakt adrese koji imaju mail registriran na free domenama (gmail,yahoo,outlook,hotmail i ostale nebuloze ) jednostavno preskocim i idem dalje.
Do sada sam uvijek imao posla samo sa agencijama koje imaju svoju domenu,ali ja osobno i nisam neki veliki strucnjak.
Ne nasjedajte na tako banalne fore da nebi kasnije :udriglavom:udriglavom

Job Details and Compensations.

· You shall receive a gross salary of HRK 26.700,00 per month.

· During the periods on board you will receive an offshore allowance equal to 40% of the gross salary.

· You shall receive 10% of your gross salary per month, with a monthly maximum of HRK 2.899,00, to cover the costs for medical care insurance and the contribution to a pension scheme.

· You shall receive a loyalty incentive bonus of 1% of your gross yearly salary for each year of uninterrupted, consecutive employment with Poseidon Personnel Services S.A., with a maximum of 10% after 10 years. This bonus will be paid on a monthly basis. The starting percentage is 1%.

· The leave schedule will be in principle 5 weeks on, 5 weeks off.



Attached you will find a calculation sheet indicating what your gross annual salary (based on the 2014 salary) will be. The offshore allowance is based on six months on board of the vessel.



You will be employed by Poseidon Personnel Services S.A. This is a Swiss company. You have to take care of your health insurance and other insurances yourself. Obviously you are insured for accidents when you are travelling or working for the company, but when you are on leave you have to take care of your own insurance. Poseidon Personnel Services will deduct a percentage of your total wages to pay the actual taxes to the tax authorities in the countries the vessels work in. In 2014 this percentage is 6%. In June 2014 the Hypotax percentage will be re-calculated based on the recent vessel movements and the vessel schedules for the year to come.
